Microphen is a proprietary Ilford formula.
ILFORD ID 68 is very close to the commercially available formulae and is interchangeable in practice.
Ilford tried reformulating ID-11 with Phenidone instead of Metol, and published a number of variations of the formulae, culminating in the one below. Finally they completely re-balanced the formula as ILFORD ID 68.

Water 52 C 750 ml
Sodium Sulfite, Anhydrous 100 gr
Hydroquinone 5 gr
Borax, Granular 3 gr
Boric Acid, Granular 3.5 gr
Potassium Bromide 1 gr
Phenidone 0.2 gr
Cold Water to make 1 L
